All the staff are super helpful, and the rooms, recently renovated, are tasteful and very comfortable. Not as big a room as one might get at some newer places nearby, but perfectly usable. Clean rooms with great utilities..home away from home. Dinner staff were wonderful going out of their way to help. There are a variety of restaurants in the area with a pizza shop next to the hotel. But what beyond my expectation is a staff name Aria, she helped me with the shuttle, check out and even sending me packages which is not even her job, and to be honest it's rare to find Chinese staff who is willing to help you like this.
