The Hayloft was very dog friendly; we were met by Naomi with a dog bowl, treats and a little card explaining all the information needed to have a great stay with our dog. Cleo - our 3yr old working cocker spaniel - settled in really well and met Naomi's lovely dogs. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The land on which the accommodation is situated has sheep, a horse, geese, dogs and cats and we really enjoyed seeing them out and about on the fields. The private hot tub and outdoor space was really special and made it feel very romantic, especially with the addition of a clear sky for star gazing with no light pollution and fairy lights around the hot tub. They also provided barriers that we could extend to stop Cleo escaping, and so we were really grateful for how safe and secure it made it for her. The stand alone, roll top bath was luxurious and comfortable, and felt like a real treat. Although it was in the bedroom the lovely screen provided made it feel separate and allowed for plenty of privacy. The short 12 minute drive into Ludlow made the location ideal; Ludlow is a beautiful town with plenty to do and see, and some fantastic places to eat and drink. The kitchen and living space on the first floor was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. This included a little token of a locally made biscuit, biscuits in the biscuit barrel and a jug of milk in the fridge, all of which were lovely thoughtful touches and much appreciated when arriving after a long drive.
