The hospitality can’t be beat; we were treated to cold beers upon arrival and enjoyed beautiful pastries in the mornings. The house is incredibly clean and modern, with electric blinds on the windows and doors. We appreciated the air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. The location is wonderful - steps to the water and adjacent to a wonderful restaurant. The town of Colico is about a 35-40 minute walk, so guests may want to have a car available.

Communication was amazing too. Got a booklet and Whatsapp from the owner for recommendations on restaurants, local shops, things to do & places to see. The huge garden is beautiful, have 2 BBQs/ fire places on opposite sides. We had table and chairs outside our room which was lovely and there's a stone bench looking over the property with the mountains in the distance. Home grown fruit and veg around the garden free for you to pick. The parking was off the main road which was nice. During the night it is very peaceful and quiet.

We had a beautiful lake view from our room. The host was great! She was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is a good size. Although, the bed was a little firm for us. There's a beautiful view from the pool as well. You can walk down to the beach on a path down the mountain. I do recommend getting a car from the airport for traveling to and from the airport, along with going out to eat. Most of the resturants we went to are about a 5-10 minute car ride. Overall very good experience and such a good host!
