The location of the apartment was perfect, we have often stayed in this area for the great local restaurants and beeches, it is a short drive to the marina or into the town if you wish for something more lively.

About half a mile from Castelo and Evaristo Beach, Vila Joinal offers bright duplex villas surrounded by landscaped grounds and lush palms. The villas feature patios opening onto the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. This stay was the first part of our holiday and it was nice there was a washing machine and clothesline on the patio so everything was clean for the remaining holiday. The villa was very clean and every morning our patio and barbecue were cleaned first thing. What we couldn’t believe is just how big our villa was and so comfortable. Manual was so helpful and covered all the nearby locations giving us a personalized map. The bus stop was close. The market was within walking distance and we enjoyed cooking our meals. What more could you ask…..the beautiful clean pool!

We loved the location, the ocean view from any spot in the property was superb! The size of the unit was very comfortable and spaceous. The quality of the unit and the cleanliness was absolutely superb! we also loved the pool. I had a fab time exercising doing lapse in it and improved by the end of the stay from 45 to 25 strokes per lap. The lady in the snack bar made a magical white sangria. And if you ask her kindly, she would probably share a recipe. she did with me! Overall, we absolutely loved this place and we are coming back for more vacation here, next time, hopefully, with the grandkids, as there is a lovely kids pool in there too. Oh, and there is plenty of parking everywhere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
