the staff were the most accommodating and friendly of any of the places we stayed. truly a family operation. The place was far from the attractions but had easy bus access.The breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

1. Friendliness of Kristoff 2. Hospitality and in depth guidance on how to plan my movement while in Salzburg by Frank. He asked about my preference before making recommendations and that is an awesome customer centric approach. 3. All other staff that interacted with me spoke English and that made my stay enjoyable. 4. Super clean bathroom and toilet 5. I truly felt like a guest with own privacy 6. I got the room on the ground floor as I can't manage stairs well.

The room and the bed were very comfortable, bathroom is huge and modern. Everything was super clean. Close to the bus and train station. No complains overall. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even alowed me one hour later checkout. Breakfast was delicious.
