I had a wonderful stay in this room. Everything was very clean and well maintained, with a modern and stylish feel. The location is excellent just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore. Check-in was smooth, and the space was comfortable and quiet. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor of an older building. Nice, modern decoration. Clean and quiet. Very nice and helpful hosts. If you are driving, there is one parking spot in the inner courtyard. It is in the ZTL but the host helps you with getting the permit and the access route.

One thing ii love is perfection and good smelling ambiences Everything was amazing so Clean nice professional perfect shower love the total black toilet :) The staff were very helpful professional generous and nice the also offered free breakfast that wasn't even suppost to be included The design is so luxurious cozy comfy and makes you feel home definetly recommend 3min walk by the train station very close to Everything

It is very near the city centre, aproximately 10 minutes walking and to Bologna Centrale. It is very clean, the temperature in the room was perfect. Bathroom is clean and large. It has a common kitchen and terasse. It is located in a nice building, it has elevator. Our stay was very comfortable and nice.
