Aoy was a lovely host. The homestay was on a longhand farm. The homestay was 5 minutes from town by motorbike. The place was very quiet and relaxing. Aoy made 2 delicious breakfasts for my stay here. It was more then enough food to fill me for the day. Had some great conversations with her every morning during breakfast.

Everything was amazing! Tong and her family are so kind and welcoming. She provides the best homestay experience, with great conversation and advice on places to go. I had the best meals at Tongs, and one evening we cooked together. Tong also took me to the local temple to celebrate new years with her family. Tong's home is also very beautiful with hot spring very close, and you can rent a scooter from Tong. Tong also picked me up/dropped off at the bus station. I highly recommend staying here.

Kai, who owns the property, told me her parents built these huts on this beautiful land. The scenery is spectacular. Waking up to a lush green garden beneath with a layer of morning fog - as the sun starts to rise and the fog disappears, you can get a glimpse of the beautiful mountain ranges and the town below; whilst enjoying beautifully prepared breakfast by Kai. If you want simplicity and peace, this is the place to find that. Chirping birds and crickets all around. The sound of farmers working in the nearby distance and a faint roar of the motorbikes is all you can subtly hear. Even though the huts are simple, they are well curated, thoughtful and very clean. I loved the rural-ness, it felt very nostalgic and I am truly humbled by Kai’s hospitality. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Incredible veiw!!! The location is superb in the most beautiful part of Chiang Dao. Very chilled atmosphere, the guest house is truly a home for us travelers. I recomend the down stairs rooms as you can enjoy the shared balcony anytime but don't have to worry about other guest being right out the front of your window. Either way you will cherish your stay at Ashi!

We loved it here! The view is great and it feels very peaceful. Our room had a decently comfy bed and private bathroom which had hot water. It was clean and cozy. Nice areas outdoors to sit and relax. It’s a bit out of town (which is what makes it so nice and peaceful) but you can easily rent a scooter or take a shared taxi if you don’t want to walk 30-40 minutes. The staff were really nice and offered us blankets one night when it got a bit colder. There was also a litter of adorable puppies running around which was so fun!

Everything was great, the room was clean, big, everything worked well and the bed was the comfiest we’ve had in Thailand yet. The hosts were super friendly and even gave us a free ride to the bus station. You can also rent mopeds directly from them! Free toast in the morning was also a perk, they provide some instant coffee supplies and hot water during the day! Another bonus is its conveniently located walking distance to 7-11 and a few restaurants. Very quick ride to the caves, hot springs, and a mountain view point.

The first thing I like is the people Very calm, polite and always there to help us out The place has very homey vibes. One with nature and the food served for breakfast was exceptional. We were able to have a motorcycle rented and was able to go to Chiang Mai with the owners help.

    The location is exactly what I wanted, remote enough but still close to the town. Able to hit the hot springs and hike within a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Amazing authentic Thai breakfast with fresh papaya, banana & dragon Fruit! Thong was a great host and always had fun activities planned like heading to the local market or heading into the village for dinner & dancing.
