Majik, the manager, is a really friendly, kind and thoughtful person. I had the flu and he brought me lemon and honey tea. He also gave me some health supplements. The room was a little chilly because the window wasnt sealed 100 percent and Majik brought an extra heater. Although i think the room where I was next to the kitchen is not perfect, it was fine for the night. The other guests were friendly and the kitchen is well supplied to prepare meals and coffee. The bathroom was very clean and there were lots of toiletries for showering. The shower is very good. Overall, it was really excellent value for money. Majik makes the difference. A great bloke!

The emplacement in the city is great, close to Dumbo and Manhattan, I was able to visit Brooklyn by walk even at 3-4 AM, it's a pretty neighborhood with red houses and trees on the streets. The bed is comfortable and very large and the owner is super nice !

They were always available for questions and recommendations. The apartment is big enough for 5 people. Everything you need for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity. The metro can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It was a perfect stay !!
