The room was big and had everything we needed, the location was excellent and the staff was amazingly accommodating, kind and warm. Willy, the manager, welcome us almost as family, we couldn’t eat breakfast because a tour we had schedule early in the morning but the staff made a breakfast to go so we could take it with us to our tour (a life saver breakfast/snack). This is the best hostel experience I’ve had in my life, preferred over a lot of hotels too. We loved staying at Hostal Nataly and we will definitely come back.
