Great value for money. It's clean, tidy, has all the essentials and is perfectly located within spitting distance of the beach. There's a convenience store and a small restaurant/bar adjoining the building. It's conveniently accessible by bus from the airport.

Late check in was possible, mattress was comfortable, the staff was nice. The location is great, I travelled a lot and this place is not bad at all ,for what you pay.

Self check-in, very good contact with the host, clean room. Comfortable double bed. Filtered water and appliances in common kitchen. Friendly lady offering tea and coffee in the morning. The location - easy to get by bus from airport and close to the central bus station. Quite convenient if you are traveling further via Larnaca airport. It was perfect for us as our flight to Larnaca arrived late evening and all we needed was just a bed in a clean room to sleep and leave in the morning. I give 10/10 because it was better than what I expected for this price.
