I liked that I got upgraded to "The Hut" which is a standalone building only fit for 1-2 people. That is the only unit on the property like that, otherwise you are in a tent with a lot more people. The food was good, prices on beer was great, and the number of things to do and people to talk to is fantastic. It reminded me of church camp! So many ways to interact with other travelers and everybody seemed to be well behaved and nice to each other.

The best hostel I have ever stayed at. Great location as it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station, staff were friendly the whole way through my stay and were available 24/7. Hostel bar was very nice and friendly. Showers and bathrooms on a separate floor to the rooms, so you don’t have to worry about waking anyone up there.
I was there for 5 nights, really enjoyed my stay. Location was perfect, the hostel felt safe and clean. The cheap breakfast and the happy hour drinks were a big bonus. It felt social and fun. Curtains on beds also a big bonus, gave a little privacy compared to other hostels I have stayed at. Only issue for me, was the lack of a kitchen.
Great locations, rooms were really well set up with privacy curtains and large luggage storage. Hostel also has a great social bar area where you can meet people and they even do karaoke some nights which is hilarious ! Happy hour drinks are cheap aswell 😍
Great location close to the train, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice facilities. One of the most clean hostels which I stayed in europe. Padlock facilities with huge lockers, safe place to stay. Nice bar and cozy restaurant just for chilling and relax the happy hour or have dinner. I will come back to this place my next time in Múnich
A great location five minutes from the Central Train Station.

Could not fault the Hostel.
Going to book now for Wombats in London.
Great location excellent communication re directions from airport via S line/U lines and obtaining key via key safe. Clean and comfortable. Good balcony for 3 people .
Local area great, cheap beer lovely people easy access to main towns
The staff are friendly, cheap beer at the bar, and the €9 breakfast is a great way to start day. Located very close to the Pasing S-Bahn for convenient travel into the city centre. If your looking simply for a place to lay your head or you're on a budget then Hotel Imperial is a great alternative to a hostel.
The reception is super friendly, the hostel is very clean, facilities are very sufficient to meet all basic needs, the 8-bed dormitory had 2 bathrooms, 2WCs and 2 sinks all in one. Best hostel I have used so far in Munich region in comparison to 3 other hostels. Value for money!
Solid hostel with activities for guests. Beers and food available at the bar. Lively atmosphere and perfect for travellers looking to make friends but stay in Munich for cheap. Facilities were great and bunk beds were nice to sleep for the price. A real solid hostel. Free lockers and you can leave your bags in the bag room as well. Located centrally next to HBF with connections to regional trains and metros.
