Super nice staff! Comfortable stay beds like in all the beautiful Generator hostels. Great bar, area downstairs to meet fellow travellers. Vaporetto’s go everywhere from here, straight to St. Marco, Tronchetto for an airport transfer or to Murano. Great experience!

Everything was perfect. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the bus station, and both the room and the hotel were spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — honestly, a 10/10 experience. They even prepared a lovely welcome gesture and provided complimentary water , coffeee and tea . The bed was super comfortable as well. Great value for money, and I strongly recommend staying here.

We arrived at 10:30 and were warmly welcomed by Melissa, who was incredibly kind. The location is convenient, especially for late arrivals since taxis can get close to the hotel. She even helped my mom and me carry our luggage to the third floor. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean, and other guests were quiet and respectful. We truly loved our stay and feel so lucky we chose this place. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality—it’s easily one of the best places to stay in Venice, if not the world.
