The location was excellent for our trips to Lido, Murano, Burano and also all was reachable on foot in Venice. Very friendly and flexible stuff, the whole atmosphere was unique in the former convent. I loved how people came rogether in all the rooms of the convent: breakfast room, bar, the yards - local kids were playing soccer even outside. Supermarket 3 min walk, vaporerto sttion 3 min walk, still silent.

the location is perfect. so close to a local farmers market, stores and the vaporetto stations. it's an old building, like everything in Venezia, but clean and comfy, with a kitchen and common spaces to lounge. the staff were super helpful and patient. leaving my backpack was no problem (and no charge).

The facilities were clean, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was perfect as it was right next to the train station. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped me print out my tickets. There was a lot of space to hang out. You could do laundry for 8€ (4€ for the laundry machine and 4€ for the dryer).
