Staff was overall nice, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was accessible to the tram which was located right outside. Couple of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the airport. 1 train the 1 tram. Very walkable location. I stayed in a 6 pax room on the 3rd floor. It was clean, locker provided that locks & accessed by your room card. Room comes with bedsheets, blanket and a towel. Also had bathrooms & showers outside of room that were clean and convenient. Hot water worked great. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers, awesome to have, and easy to use, & they sell tide pods for €1. Overall had a pleasant stay, nice hostel, good experience. 👍🏾

The hotel was very secured and felt very safe. There are two secured doors before one enters the dormitory area, yet there are two emergency exits. The ventilation was excellent, never did the hotel feel stuffy, the air felt fresh everywhere. The bed, cabin, and bathroom were very clean. All toilets and showers have a lock. Hot water comes immediately. Each cabin has usb and c ports (not sure if it is c because I did not use it) in addition to a European electrc plug. There is a large table in the lobby where one could work or eat. There are a couple comfortable chairs in the lobby too. Keep up the good work!
