Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted.

The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort.
Alternatively, if the passenger traveling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking.
Please note that for bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be canceled in case of non-payments.

All Inclusive accommodations is free for the 1st child up to 12 years and free for the 2nd Child up to 6 years old, 2nd child From 7 to 12 years will be charged AED 150 per night.
