To let you know a little about my two identical new 4 bedroom layout apartments and myself. This is the only residential building on JBR walk with access to its own private beach, with a fully licensed beach bar/restaurant, sister building of the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel* *Our Rates are guaranteed at least 30 percent cheaper than booking an Oceanfront 3 bedroom king suite with maids room, through the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel directly * Our rate is already Inclusive of all fees including the Tourism Dirham Fee and VAT. We have two exactly the same layout with sea views, very spacious, professionally interior designed 3 double bedroom, 5 bathroom apartments 2300 square feet, with an additional maids room, fully furnished to a five star plus hotel standard, free welcome pack on arrival. This is the perfect location for any type of stay in Dubai - all-year-round holidays, sightseeing, relaxing, approved and licensed by the Dubai Tourism Board. Located at the exclusive Al Bateen residences, on the famous exclusive JBR Walk next to the new Address hotel, on a high floor with sea views.

I live in central London and the US, of Italian descent, an interior designer by profession with a passion for travel, and fashion. After graduating from University, i worked in the Hotel industry for a number of years, in hospitality management, and ultimately interior design. Eventually starting my own interior design consultancy, working on many high end hotels in London, Dubai and the USA. We love this apartment and it really is a home away from home with my husband we only purchase homes we would want to stay in ourselves. If you book this property you will get a five star experience and service, you may not get with an agent with multiple listings. As an owner i want you to have an amazing time and book again so please be assured you will receive the service as a valued guest you deserve.

We are directly opposite the amazing Bluewaters island on JBR Walk. With direct access from our beach across the bridge a 5 minutes walk, numerous restaurants and cafes, Caesars Palace, hotels, and worlds largest ferris wheel at Dubai’s Bluewaters Island. Also stroll and shop in style Shop, dine and stroll by the sea along the chic waterfront strip known as The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). Along this buzzing beachside boulevard, there’s plenty of opportunity to satisfy your retail cravings with an array of fashion, home and handicraft shops and boutiques. The Walk features shopping attractions such as Sauce-on-sea, a boutique featuring local and regional designers, plus a host of international retailers. Another highlight are the outdoor pop-up markets where you can check out stalls offering jewellery, food treats and homewares, as well as take in performances by street entertainers. And don’t miss the adjacent shopping area called The Beach and the open-air cinema. After a day of shopping, you can grab an iced latte at a café such as Paul, or sit down for a fine meal at one of Dubai’s best restaurants dotted along the strip (Ramusake is a top pick).
