Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment located on a quiet residential street in the 3rd district of Vienna. Our apartment is ideal for families, young people, business travelers, and anyone looking for an affordable alternative to a hotel. With 1 large bedroom featuring a dining table, TV, and a comfortable king-size bed, as well as a sofa bed, and 1 small bedroom with another comfortable double bed, our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The bathroom features a toilet and shower, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals if you desire. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Belvedere Palace and the city center. The Stadtpark is also just a short stroll away, where you can enjoy a green oasis in the heart of the city. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, all within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible, with several subway stations and bus lines in the vicinity, including the Landstraße subway station, which is just a few minutes walk away and provides a good connection to the rest of the city. Our apartment offers a simple design and a fair price for the amenities provided. Check-in is straightforward, and we are available for any questions or concerns during your stay, 18 hours a day via WatsApp. We have a few house rules to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay. We ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment and not to hold parties. Also, pets are not allowed.
