Mooswald near Fresach is located in the tourist region of Lake Millstatt - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge, directly in the Alpe-Adria region and offers numerous tourist attractions and sporting activities. Lake Millstatt, also known as the jewel of Carinthia, offers a particularly idyllic, warm and southern atmosphere due to its proximity to Italy. The lake is picturesquely situated between the Carinthian Nockberge, has a water temperature of around 27 degrees and offers plenty of water sports and various beaches. Alternatively, the public swimming pools in Paternion and Radenthein offer plenty of swimming fun in summer!
