The receptionist had a very hospitable manner and was able to answer all our questions about the surrounding area, recommending places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and very spacious. The balcony had a nice view and we had drinks there, watching a nice rainbow above the hills, in the distance.

The food and drinks that we ordered were served to our satisfaction.
But the room and utilities did not meet my expectations as they look old and rundown. I honestly believed that our booking was totally overpriced.
Thank goodness to the beautiful beaches surrounding Coffs Harbour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great family trip. Lots of things to do at sapphire beach. Mini putt putt, basketball court, riding bikes, playing in the park, walking along the beach, games room! Was a fantastic family getaway.. we'll be back next year. Just need to find a good family restaurant.

The accommodation was absolutely filthy.
The accommodation was absolutely filthy. The room was smelly as soon as we opened the door. There was dust on the furniture which had been written on. ie. we were here!! The bed was filthy. There was no carpet on the floor. The balcony had wood rot and could be very dangerous. From car to steps leading to room was very dangerous and had not been cleaned up for use by people staying in the motel. I will never stay in Coffs Harbour again. It was $267 per night as there was a Football Carnival on and we had no idea this would fill all the motels in Coffs Harbour. One hotel was charging $500 per night and it was right on the highway. Never, ever stop at the Big Banana Accommodation. Unfortunately my husband is 81 and we felt we could not drive to the next town. Next time it will be worth sleeping on the side of the road in our car. That's how bad the accommodation was.

Old, expensive, boring.
Would never return unless I had to.
Found a nice restaurant down on Coffs Harbour Jetty for dinner, that seemed classier enough to accomodate our needs.

Coffs Harbour is a nice town to holiday in with good beaches and trips into the mountains within easy reach. There are good cafes in the small shopping centre near the Jetty. There is a good variety of shops, with most of the brand names represented. Great for lovers of seafood.
Easy to find.
Trouble free check-in.
Very clean and functional amenities.
We were right next to the kitchen so that was a bonus.
Excellent huge and comfortable bed.
Shower was also excellent, hot and strong.
Dog friendly. Wish more hotels could get on board with this.
Good location, easy short walk to Woolworths and main shopping centre with lots of choices for food.
I consider our night excellent value for money and will stay there again as we do the Sydney, Brisbane trip fairly often.
We traveled with our three young kids, 1, 4, 5 years old. The apartments are just across the road from beach access and playground. The pool is also a fantastic option. Everything within Coffs Harbour is just minutes away to drive. And it’s a great spot to explore the area, which is what we did. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, and it is well equipped. The view to the ocean and mutton bird island is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.
Car parking for guests was allowed to be accessible by non staying visitors. Bed has overhead lighting that is too low to be able to sit up in bed to watch television due to room being very small and no room for chairs. Hotel noise was very loud and I had to visit other guests at 2.30am to ask them to quiet down. Due to Coffs Harbour being nearly fully booked the hotel more than doubled its pricing for the night
On opposite corner to hotel !!
1.7 km road straight to Coles
About 2 km to Park Beach - a must for families with younger children.
Easy access to Bunnings and to Airport.
The proactive, can-do, hands-on cheerful manager. I have been to multiple motels/hotels in Australia and overseas. Have even experienced owners very committed to their properties. He was the best I've met, and I'm a hard marker.
Room was clean, neat and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and luggage. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom appeared renovated and provided shower gel and shampoo is the shower stall. Water pressure was good. We stayed at another motel on our way back to QLD and between the two motels, I would definitely stay at the BW Zebra again when in Coffs Harbour.
Freshly renovated, still has that freshly painted smell. The bathrooms are brand new, the bedroom is freshly carpeted, painted, new bed, good linen. It's also surprisingly quiet given that the hotel is right on the Pacific Highway in the middle of town. It's good value for money but I can't see it staying as cheap as it currently is
Exceptional. I very rarely comment however the cleanliness and quality of the bed , linen , etc could rival any 5 star hotel. I particularly loved the fact that there was no smoking at all not even on the balcony . Every need was met even milk in the fridge .
Thank you for providing such good accommodation. I felt safe and secure .
Lovely resort on Dicky Beach (not private though, open to the public). Fairly close to a big shopping centre that had great stores & food. Lovely blue pools, restaurant onsite. Nice atmosphere, walk through "nature" (which we took plenty of photos of) to get to the beach. Daughter had a lovely massage & eyelash tint at the Spa.
Clean spacious apartments with plenty of amenities and decent comfortable beds. The pool was great, my kids enjoyed splashing around. Perfect for a lower cost stay in Coffs where you want to be comfortable but don't need the 5 star hotel experience.
Country 2 coast was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We travelled from Melbourne to Coffs harbour and it was the most spacious, with a very well equipped kitchenette and it was also the cheapest.
Excellent apartment. Best building in Coffs Harbour. Fantastic Views , spacious and confortable. We stayed at the ocean view apartment on the 12th floor. Recommend this apartment. Secure parking.
This is a great hotel! The owners are so nice and helpful! It has everything you need and is very pretty and comfortable. It is so close to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend starting here!
