A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia - including Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales, plus the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.

Wander along the beach and up to The Beach cafe for morning coffee or a leisurely lunch from the only beachfront cafe in Byron, or wander a little further into the heart of Byron Bay township where more dining, shopping, and exploring awaits. #3 James Cook Apartments differs from many of the others in the complex as a full renovation has moved the living and kitchen areas upstairs to enjoy the ocean views, while the bedrooms are located downstairs. Pull back the bifold doors and let the views and ocean breezes in while sitting with a morning coffee or glass of wine while watching the sunset. The kids will enjoy the in-ground pool in the complex while the adults relax on the sunloungers. Return to relax in air-conditioned comfort with your favourite book. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
