Welcome to #3 James Cook Apartments - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday apartment in one of the most sought after locations in Byron Bay. Stroll across the road and down to Clarkes Beach and the pass for a day of sand, sun, and family friendly rolling waves. Wander along the beach and up to The Beach cafe for morning coffee or a leisurely lunch from the only beachfront cafe in Byron, or wander a little further into the heart of Byron Bay township where more dining, shopping, and exploring awaits. #3 James Cook Apartments differs from many of the others in the complex as a full renovation has moved the living and kitchen areas upstairs to enjoy the ocean views, while the bedrooms are located downstairs. Pull back the bifold doors and let the views and ocean breezes in while sitting with a morning coffee or glass of wine while watching the sunset. The kids will enjoy the in-ground pool in the complex while the adults relax on the sunloungers. Return to relax in air-conditioned comfort with your favourite book. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
