About this property
Altitude 1260 is a family-run lodge located on over 255 acres of natural bushland. The property features breath-taking panoramic views from Lake Jindabyne through to the mountain peaks of Kosciuszko. Altitude 1260 is located 6.8 mi drive from Jindabyne, Thredbo Alpine Village is 17 mi from Altitude 1260, while the Ski Tube at Bullocks Flat is 9.3 mi from the property. Perisher Ski Resort is 23 mi from Altitude1260. The lodge offers 12 rooms with attached bathroom and continental breakfast is served daily to all guests. Every guest room features uninterrupted views of the scenic surroundings. Each room is equipped with heating, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, private bathroom and a hairdryer. The communal areas include a large lounge area with an open fireplace, fully licensed bar and a games area with board games, billiards table and a TV. The lodge also offers an outdoor deck area and large grass areas. Guests at the lodge will be able to enjoy activities in and around Crackenback, like skiing, horse riding and cycling. If you would like to discover the area, fishing, canoeing and hiking are possible in the surroundings.

- If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Altitude 1260 in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
- Altitude 1260 is fully licensed, therefore guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the lodge.
- As there are no guest cooking facilities, Altitude 1260 does not allow guests to bring food into the resort other than light snacks.
- Guests are required to bring their own snow chains for their vehicles during the winter season (June to October).
- Please note that the rooms do not have a refrigerator or a TV.
-The heated outdoor pool operates seasonally, from 1 December until 30 March.
