Cabarita Beachside Apartment 31 is a bright and airy apartment in the heart of Caba. This brand-new apartment is perfectly positioned on the main street of Cabarita and offers ocean views and breezes. There are number of restaurants, cafes and Woolworth just below the apartments plus the beautiful Cabarita beach (considered one of the best beaches in Australia) is only 5 mins walk across the road. The two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Featuring 4.2m high ceilings and an internal void, the space is saturated in natural light and along with tasteful furnishings, offers a serene place to unwind. The apartment features two bedrooms – both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom also has reverse cycle air-conditioning and ensuite with walk in shower plus toilet. The main bathroom has walk in shower plus toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Cooking and entertaining is easy in the sleek and modern galley style kitchen featuring island bench with breakfast bar and high-quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine. The open plan loungeroom offers comfortable leather lounge, reverse cycle air-conditioning and smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. Step through to the spacious balcony with outdoor dining setting and postcard views. This is the perfect spot to people watch in the centre of town, or enjoy the vivid blue ocean on the horizon. Cabarita Beachside Apartments offer secure underground parking for 2 cars, secure building access and a lift. Linen - all linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta, which is an approximate 20 minute drive north of the property.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi.
