You could tell it was a family-run, family-oriented place where the owners genuinely care about their property and their guests. The room was spotless and well maintained, and the location was a huge plus, everything we needed was within easy walking distance, which made the stay easy and stress-free.

Tweed Heads offers a huge variety of restaurants and shopping for those who want retail therapy. There are great walks, beaches, access to water sports and many other attractions are close by in the hinterland. Although Tweed Heads is quite densely populated there are plenty of green spaces to access. It is a popular part of northern NSW and is right on the Queensland border, giving easy access to even more attractions.

A clean and comfortable apartment, with all amenities and facilities. The kitchen had a great range of kitchen equipment with dining table and chairs, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, clean and good linen, blockout curtains, mirrored inbuilt wardrobes, soft lighting. The lounge room had comfortable lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, soft lighting, and coffee table. The bathrooms were clean and had showers and a bath, good, soft white towels. There was a washing machine with laundry liquid, and a dryer. The balcony had superb views. and was safe. Air con was adjustable to various temps and worked consistently and quietly. There was a good size pool for length for lap swimming and a spa. The staff Brett and Emmy were helpful, kind and professional. Brett personally showed me how to use the gas stovetop and dropped in a gas igniter out of hours. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and allowed us to have an early entry. The location was excellent and 5 minutes from the shops and the beach. I left my car in the underground dedicated car park for 3 days without needing it locally as i could walk everywhere. Overall a wonderful brief stay of 3 days and I have rebooked for our next stay for a longer period. My grandchildren loved it, as did I.

Could have made more use of the dining facilities attached to our Mantra Twin Towers and fully enjoyed some excellent restaurants which were walking distance. Did not have to use the car during our three days

The owners and staff were just wonderful!! I’m a big believer in customer service really setting the tone, and my goodness did they do exactly that!
The accomodation was booked purely for convenience (early flight out of GC airport the next morning), but I would honestly consider travelling back to tweed heads just to stay there again (and for more than one night).
If you’re like me and don’t care about the fluff that comes with big fancy hotels, do yourself a favour and book here!

One of the best Motels you will ever find to stay in one of the best Locations on the Qld/NSW boarder. Hands down!
We've stayed at this Motel 3x in 3months. Very clean, tidy and friendly service. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay with family in Tweedhead area.

Although not beachfront, these apartments are well situated for access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, the beaches and local bus services. Excellent facilities including a small heated indoor pool.
