With a spacious master bedroom (3m x 4m) and attached bathroom, you can enjoy complete privacy in your own lounge area without encountering anyone from the main house. Your entry and exit are entirely separate from the main house, allowing you to come and go as you please. The lounge area provides a comfortable space to relax, whether you prefer to read finance or story books or simply enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet and uninterrupted setting. The neighborhood remains quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. Free street parking is available, and linen is provided for your convenience. Please note that while a microwave, mini fridge, and split AC are provided, guests DO NOT have access to the main house kitchen, laundry, or main house fridge. The neighborhood is 100% safe and quiet. And the host asks that guests be considerate of the five-year-old living in the house. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests will enter the house through the front door, while the host uses the back door. There is a partition door that will remain locked all the time. Communication is key, so please let the host know when you plan to arrive and depart. Always CALL the host when you arrive, and the host will personally meet you to hand over the keys. This private unit is ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and private stay. Don’t expect this Bunbury accommodation to be like a hotel or Motel. Minutes away from Dalyellup Shopping Centre (woollies, bakery, restaurant) Minutes away from Mcdonald's, Hungry Jacks, Chinese restaurants 5 Mins driving to Bunbury Hospital, 6 Mins drive to Dalyellup Beach park, 7 Mins drive to Edith Cowan Bunbury Campus, 13 mins drive to Bunbury City, 18 mins to Eaton Fair Shopping center, 36 Mins to Busselton Jetty Walking distance to Bus stops. Reasonable distance to Ferguson Valley, shire of Capel, Bridgetown, Manjimup and Pemberton, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Plenty of wineries and fabulous beaches to explore. The South West is a sought-after tourist area. There is a cheaper fuel petrol station just two minutes away. You also have plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from in BUNBURY city.
