Enter through the front door to be welcomed by the grand foyer with a sparkling chandelier. An open plan living and dining area provides a casual spot to kick back and watch TV, while elegant French doors bathe the space in natural light, opening out to the floral-adorned, undercover balcony. Lose yourself in panoramic views while dining on the designer stone table with a portable heater so you can still make use of the space in winter. Enjoy cooking with modern appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen, with a wrap around stone bench top and bar stools to sit around while conversing with the cook. For grand affairs, make use of the formal living and dining area, featuring ornate details such as a fireplace, upholstered armchairs, a chess board, wooden table, and fine art. This space opens up to a second balcony with additional alfresco seating and a gas BBQ. Downstairs, the primary and fifth bedrooms open up to an undercover patio with manicured gardens, a fish pond and classic Paris bistro setting. At the opposite end of the house, you will find the courtyard with a plunge pool and sun loungers where you can soak up the balmy weather in a palm-shaded oasis. The first queen bedroom is located on the main level and designed for new parents, with a lounge, cot and ensuite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms can be found downstairs—along with a large rumpus room where you can tickle the ivories or play a game of foosball. A dedicated office also caters to those working remotely. The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed, chic vanity, wall-to-wall wardrobe and direct access to the courtyard. Freshen up in the primary ensuite, with a jetted spa bath, shower, bidet and heated floors. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are all fit with double beds, while creative reading nooks invite you to work remotely or settle in with a book before bed.

Rose Bay is a beautiful, quiet suburb in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney with coastal and harbour views at every turn. Walk 11-minutes to Dudley Page Reserve for panoramic harbour vistas where you can set up a picnic that is especially lovely at sunset. Walk seven-minutes to Bake Bar for a morning coffee and pastry. The Harris Farm supermarket is next door for all your grocery needs. Rose Bay’s Lyne Park is the perfect spot for picnics, workouts and walks along the waterfront and is just a five-minute drive away. Iconic Bondi Beach is a quick five-minute drive away where you can swim and surf, enjoy buzzing bars, cafes and restaurants along the beachfront and head to the markets on weekends. Getting into the city is easy, just 16-minutes by car or an easy walk and bus away totaling 40-minutes.
