Named as one of Australia’s best beach houses, the award-winning ROOZEN RESIDENCE is a luxury holiday home offering 5 star self-contained accommodation in Prevelly, Margaret River. With unsurpassed 180 degree OCEAN VIEWS from EVERY ROOM you may even see WHALES breaching (in season). Guests enjoy entertaining in the well-appointed kitchen and relaxing in the open plan living zone, terraces and balcony. With two separate guest wings, the home welcomes families, small groups and couples. There are 3 kingsize bedrooms all with ocean views and KINGSIZE BEDS (one of which can be split into 2 singles if requested). For larger families, a further 2 SINGLE BEDS can be supplied if required (sleeping 8 people). There are also 2 port-a-cots and high chairs available FREE OF CHARGE.
Owners, Karen and Ron, live nearby and will be able to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Karen has been in hotel management in a previous life and will be on hand to share local knowledge, restaurant tips and touring suggestions.
