Fully fenced back garden to keep the little ones safe and the garage is a games room to keep the older one occupied away from the TV. Perfect for a BBQ & entertaining whilst admiring the mountain views, & listening to the ocean waves roll in. This property has it all for a ladies weekend away or getaway with the family by the sea. The Apollo Bay to Colac bus departs every Wednesday and a daily return service from Apollo Bay to Melbourne via Geelong (bus to Geelong followed by Vline train to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne). The Vline bus from Geelong to Apollo Bay includes a stop at Skene's Creek. Marengo is about a 25 minute walk or short taxi ride from the centre of town.
