This 4 bedroom Duplex with lock up garage is located on a quiet street with easy access to the Hastings River, walk/bike paths, parklands, Indoor Stadium and tennis courts. It is equipped with all your family needs and comfortably accommodates 7 people. The homes open plan design connects the kitchen to a sunroom with the most tranquil settings, a separate lounge room with a flat-screen TV & DVD player with a large array of DVD's. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Also available is a portable cot and highchair ( please bring your own linen for the portable cot ). Port Macquarie offers surfing, fishing, diving, go-karting, bowling, cinemas, clubs, pubs, shopping and an amazing array of restaurants - truly something for everyone. Also attractions such as Timbertown at Wauchope, The Billabong Koala Park, Camel Rides, local wineries, paragliding, boat tours - to see the local area and wildlife, as well as the local Koala hospital. Due to the home being a residential area, there are strictly no parties or schoolies.
