The fine print
The terrace furniture and the spa are available from June 1 to September 30 of each year.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This must be paid in cash. The refund should be made within 15 days of your departure. The damage deposit will be refunded minus your water, gas and electricity consumption by bank transfer, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.
Please inform Koksijde Penthouse of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
