After so many comments, mostly positive, I would like to precise that this is a Family home and we can have Friends and relatives visiting, but normally the house is not full of people, but usually only the owners (my Wife and I). Furthermore, prices only comply the bedroom with external private bathroom, nothing else, and comparing to other types of accommodation in the centre of Brussels, as a capital, our prices are consciously much lower than any other ones. Thus, if a guest is searching for a cosy place and wishes to share our home-sweet-home, the pleasure will be mutual; if the intention is to have a more independent approach and guests need to be alone and do not wish to share their experiences and don't feel comfortable with the fact that we like to be convivial, cheerful and helpful, we think that this is not the kind of lodging for you; thus, we suggest one books some hotel for any stay in Brussels. Furthermore, a common area is no longer available, because we cannot ensure that it is only my Wife and I present. We can always allow the use of the kitchen and the fridge, or even the washing-machine, but we cannot promise that we won't have Friends and/or Family around, having some meal with us or simply visiting. Rest assured that the bedroom and the bathroom will be exclusively for your own use, as we have our own en-suite and visitors always use our in-room bathroom, and never the private bathroom during any stay of our guests. Very rarely, we have had Friends or Family over for the night, staying at the sitting-room/saloon, so our sofa-bed is very seldom occupied by anyone, when we have the bedroom rented by Booking costumers. Concerning the terrace, our own, is upstairs, on the 4th floor and guests can also use it, particularly to smoke, and the patio between the two buildings (Bloc A and B) is kind of a small garden, but unfortunately without a nice view, also because there are other buildings in front). We hope these notes can help future bookings.

We are a very open-minded and multicultural couple, who loves to travel and, as a result, we are also very keen in welcoming People from allover the world (we normally say that we are "Citizens of the World"), no matter their scope of interests, their ethny or preferences. Thus, as we know Booking from a collaborator's perspective, we also, most of the times, use this reservations' platform for our own need, and we've never felt deceived by the information we find there, as well as for the photos. We've been staying in different kinds of accommodation and we can say that one can believe in what is announced. Furthermore, sometimes, it also depends of you, and to which extent you wish that your experience is the best possible and respect what you find in any accomodation. Everyone's different and we cannot always ensure that any stay is the best ever, but we try our outmost to make every guest the most welcome possible and as special as anyone else, no matter her/his background, nationality and/or ethny. For us, any person deserves equal treatment and we ensure ourselves that the stay at Tagusnunus will be memorable forever to any guest who stays with us. Finally, we are very fond of having a chat with our guests too, because one learns a lot and sharing our lives' experiences can truly be very enriching: in our humble opinion, that is the magic of meeting so many people from different parts of the world and we feel very happy and thrilled when we know that we can receive so many guests from different countries; it is why we have decided to start renting our empty spare-room. Sharing our lives with others is the most rewarding of renting a bedroom with a private and also independent bathroom. Please, anyone should feel always free to contact us, before or after your check-in, or even after the check-out. Tagusnunus is located in the centre of Brussels, a very multicultural, multilingual and multiethnic capital. Belgium is also a very beautiful, monumental and historical country with plenty to do and visit. From our place, one can very quickly and easily visit the centre of Brussels, its monuments and taste lots of different cuisines of the world. Belgium is worldly known for its chocolates, waffles, comic books and artists, painted murals and beers (one different kind for every day of the year!). Furthermore, the property is located very close to any of the 3 main train stations, which connect the capital to other beautiful, picturesque and monumental Belgian cities, so one can stay at Tagusnunus for her/his entire stay in Belgium. One can also very easily find supermarkets and the main shopping areas not even further than 1 to 10min. walk from the property and, from late November till the end of December, the Christmas Markets are just in front of its doors. We've been welcoming guests who choose to stay with us and explore all this, by choosing to book their entire stay with us. Guests can also visit many museums, which are within a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes walk. The UNESCO's World Heritage Site called in French "Grand'Place" and "Groot-Markt" in Dutch, is 7min. walk far from Tagusnunus; and the famous Atomium can be reached by metro/underground within 20min. maximum (the entrance to the St. Catherine's Metro Station is almost in front of our doors and it can take anyone to different parts of Brussels very quickly, comfortably and conveniently, like the European Institutions). Tagusnunus is also located not more than 45min. by bus or train from the main airport: Brussels National Airport; if one lands at Charleroi Airport (the other important airport in Belgium), the bus doesn't take more than 1h. and it stops at "Gare-du-Midi/Zuid-Station", which bus stop is just outside that South Train Station, from where one can catch a trolley-bus or the metro to reach us.
