Newly renovated basement apartment in an owner occupied century home located in the heart of uptown Waterloo. Steps from Waterloo’s vibrant uptown strip, including bars, restaurants, cafes and more. Conveniently located close to WLU, UW and Conestoga college. Steps away from transit including the GRT and LRT.
My partner and I live directly above the unit and will be attentive hosts available to help with any needs that may arise during your stay.
Urban neighbourhood directly in the downtown core. Everything in uptown Waterloo is within a 5-7 minute walk from this location. Under 10 minute walk to WLU, UW and Perimeter Institute. Please let us know whether you do need a parking spot and we will arrange to make this available. The apartment is also steps away from GRT and LRT stops.
