We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

The place was new. The windows were not clean.
The place was new. The windows were not clean. Cabinet door over refridgerator was broken, very basic necessities. No TV's in any bedrooms, just one for a three bedroom. A MUST that you have to take your garbage with you when you leave or you will be charged! Blinds to deck were broken, cheap dining chairs. Chairs were table hight for sitting at bar height! You have to wash towels before you leave. Why pay cleaning fee if I have to clean? Stove light stayed on at all times (showing stove was on) no light over the stove. Only 2 USB in the whole place.....
This is what I experienced 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The following email:
Dear Marquette Eaddy,
Thank you for understanding and kindness. The photo of the ID is more than sufficient!
It is quite unprofessional of me to mention the following topic but I am too amazed to keep it silent. Miss Eaddy, you look at least 15 years younger than the ID says. Are you sure the ID you have isn't fake?
Thank you for the cooperation! We will contact you again a bit closer to your arrival.
Be safe, Riia

Hopefully this review will help others in their decision.

My husband and I used to live in Bramton for 25 years and 10 years ago, we move to Windsor with my children and their families, so we know our way around the city, and we like to come by to visit old friends, we like to check out the new amenities so we can recommend it to our friends and family when they have to travel, and your hotel is one of the best places around.

The staff was very prompt with the service.
The staff was very prompt with the service. We needed a tub stopper, but there was no maintenance personnel on duty but that didn’t stop the front desk ladies from fixing the problem themselves. Kudos to them.
Breakfast was perfect.
We will definitely stay there again.

(based on a stay of 11 days) It is a good alternative to stay in to go to Toronto. But if you have visited some special places and the most popular restaurants, there is not much left to go on an adventure with.
Strip mall nearby which was convenient. Room was clean and other guests were quiet. I liked that we had to leave our shoes at the entrance. Nice to have a mini bar fridge and microwave in the room. With some exceptions at night the house was quiet overall. The neighbourhood itself is very nice and I felt safe walking at night. Far from downtown and VIA Rail station but close to cemetery, which was my primary destination. The bus to a Brampton transit terminal is nearby, although two bus trips are required to get downtown.
I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay.
It was a very comfortable stay. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price.
It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it.
Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help.
Ultimately, a good stay and I’ll happily stay again.
Everything was as it should. We were pleasantly surprised that such a quality Hotel was in Brampton. The others we stayed at over the years had fallen below standard and not well serviced.
Also we loved that it had a real serviced breakfast (hot meal) buffet still operating and not a crap paper bag to pickup
I asked for water and food. I can’t believe how they were not able to give water and food in the hotel when a person is ready to pay such a big amount to them. I stayed at many hotels but out of all this hotel is something I can say a poor one.
Beautiful rooms, loved having the fridge and couch, continental breakfast was nice to have and delicious, appreciate that pay per view movies are still available (many hotels don’t have them any more).
The room was ready before time and they accommodated us when we requested them for an early checkin.
Costco and Walmart at walking distance and Tim Hortons right outside the hotel
