Getting around Montreal was easy.
Getting around Montreal was easy. We stayed at a central location and most things were within walking distance. Ubers are readily available. The highlight of our trip was lunch and spa treatments at Bota Bota. Our favorite breakfast/brunch places were Beauty's and Olive et Gourmando. The best dinners were at Beatrice, Le Taj, and Nora Gray. The ferris wheel at night was so much fun. It far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and a hike to the outlook point at Mount Royal. The best shopping was pretty far up Saint Laurent Boulevard. I think it started around the 4000 blocks. Have breakfast/brunch at Beauty's, walk a few blocks to Saint Laurent and turn left to shop. I wish we'd planned our trip for longer so we could have done more street shopping, gone to Cirque du Soleil, visited some churches, and taken the train to Quebec City for a few days.

The hotel, while old fashioned, looked very nice and had a sort of a 1960s charm. The room was quite spacious and clean, and it had a little kitchenette, which was very useful.
The staff was very friendly and very quick to respond and solve a small complaint that we had. We also had a top floor room which gave us a very nice view of Montreal. Furthermore, the location was very good, right in the downtown area close to basically everything we needed (bars, restaurants, attractions, Mont Royal, etc.
The room was quiet and well maintained. The breakfasts provided an excellent start to our days touring around Montreal and the location of the hotel was excellent providing easy foot access to downtown, waterfront and Old Montreal visitor highlights, and easy access to the Metro when destinations are farther away. This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It's centrally located to downtown and Old Montreal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The hotel was beautiful! Very nice rooms and lobby. Our room was on the smaller side; however, it was the perfect size for my friend and I. Location was pretty good! From the hotel to downtown Montreal it was a 10ish minute walk and 5 minute walk to Via Rail. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location. Convenient to downtown Montreal. High end finishes in room - expected in a luxury hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge staff was also very helpful when handling special requests (e.g. gift basket delivery to room).
