Please note, a hold of CAD $150 is placed on the guest's credit card for incidentals.
Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
The property does not accept Visa Debit cards to guarantee to the reservation. Guests can pay for the stay with Visa Debit upon check-in, but not to secure the reservation online.
Please note, for groups of 4 rooms or more a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of reservation to the credit card used to book the rooms. If this charge is unsuccessful we will contact the guest, and if there is no reply within 24 hours (ie 48 hours before check in time) the reservation will be canceled.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
