The hotel has very friendly and attentive staff. We had a room in the house next to the hotel. The room was big and very quiet! It was very convenient to have breakfast already available at 7. If interested, the hotel rents bikes and e-bikes for free. We didn't benefit as we already planned our hiking trips.

The service is incredible. We were there for the Engadiner ski marathon and the people really tried to smooth our stay: special breakfast hour, a special room with a shower and fresh towels for after the race once we had already checked out, food was still served after the kitchen was closed.. incredible!

Short message just to inform us about check-in options (late arrival is possible). Very friendly reception. Room was ready for our early arrival. Excellent parking. Great plus: free Guest Card, to go to Ardez by train. Train station is nearby. Comfortable beds. Crispy bread and delicious lemon cake at breakfast.

I’m really pleased to have stayed here, mainly because the hotel and restaurant felt genuine and unspoilt by the passage of time. I found the staff to be friendly and ‘real’, while the room felt just right, with great views from windows and balcony. Zernez itself has very little modern sprawl around its old core, and though it has traffic passing through it this merely adds to its unaltered atmosphere. The railway station is just a short walk away and the local trains are a pleasure to use, as is the bus through the national park and over the spectacular Ofenpass. This bus (the 811) also departs from the railway station, and has a stopping and express version, both hourly.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Acla Filli war sehr erfreulich! Vom sehr angenehmen Empfang bis zum Abschied fühlte ich mich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sehr sauber und schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine vielfältige Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen und Getränken, die jeden Morgen zu einem Genuss machten. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Natur. Ich kann das Hotel Acla Filli in Zernez jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

Die Lage war für uns ideal. Grosser Parkplatz, Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Abendkarte gut und preiswert.
