+ cuisine réaménagée (nouvel Electroménager) +Machine Nespresso (dommage que ce ne soit pas indiqué dans le descriptif de l’appartement. Idem pour l’appareil à fondue, raclette,..) +proche de Roc d’Orsay (5 min à pied mais dommage que l’arrêt de la navette ait été déplacé car auparavant elle était située à 50m)
