It's a penthouse apartment. You have the entire place with kitchen, bathroom and 2 rooms. The hosts lives in downstairs. They were so friendly and nice to us. The house is located on a mountainous area and needs a climbing ride roughly 5-6 kms from lowland. It was a fantastic stay for us that I can only recommend!
