Property info

This stunning Christiania Residence is one Zermatt’s most enviable properties. Its prime location in the centre of town means it is just a stone’s throw from the bustling high street and only 500m from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which allows you direct access the main ski area. There are seven apartments in total, including a seven-bedroom penthouse and two apartments with gardens and private hot tubs. All the apartments have been designed with maximum comfort in mind and are all wonderfully spacious. Facilities in the residence include a shared gym and massage area, a ski room with heated boot warmers and there is wifi throughout. Apartment 1 & 2 also have private hot tubs, and the penthouse has a private sauna. The Christiania Residence service includes a check-in service, a complimentary taxi on arrival and departure from the Zermatt train station and toiletries.

Neighborhood info

Zermatt is renowned for skiing, hiking and climbing. The town is car free and at an elevation of around 1,600m, lies below the iconic, pyramid-shaped Matterhorn peak. It has an expansive ski area stretching out over Switzerland and across to Italy with over 350km of linked pistes and easily accessible off piste. The residence is located at the high end of the pedestrianised main street making it incredibly convenient as all amenities are just minutes away.
