If the limit is exceeded, an аdditiоnаl chаrgу of 0.35 Еurо per kWh will аpply. Using of outdoor swimming pools and hotel entertainment are free of charge. Adult prices: hotel breakfast buffet - 9 Euro, HB - 25 Euro, all inclusive – 37 Euro per person. Children 3 – 12 y.o. - half price. (Paid locally at the reception). Gym and sauna day pass is 7 Euro, one week - 35 Euro, 2 weeks - 51 Euro, one month – 60 Euro. Tennis court - 7 Euro.

Property info

This 4 bdr house belongs to Paphos Gardens Resort which is located just off the main sea side road opposite sandy beach and is in one of the best and most sought after locations in Paphos. There is a choice of communal pools - one at the hotel which is accessible directly across from the house, the other a short 50 meters walk away. Sun beds and umbrellas provide the perfect setting to enjoy these lovely pools. The hotel offers guests the use of the Gym, Tennis courts, Sauna, steam rooms and spa facilities, some of which may incur a charge. There are also an on-site Bar and Restaurant at the hotel with options of breakfast or even all-inclusive! The house was recently renovated with its contemporary kitchen, all new appliances, marble floors and nice details. Newly fitted kitchen. Linens and even beach towels are provided.

Neighborhood info

This beautiful house is situated in a quiet neighborhood at the end of cul-de-sac road but still close to wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, takeaway, cafes, banks and car rental companies. Guests will find local mini markets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, famous Paphos Harbour with its promenade, historical sites such a Paphos Castle and ancient mosaics are all within a ten minute walk. The popular 'Bar Street' area is also within walking distance where you will find the nightlife in Paphos. Municipal sandy beach is only 3 -5 minutes stroll (400 m) from the villa. There is a good quality kids and adult entertainment in hotel featured most nights and daytime as well. Paphos Gardens is a complex to suit all tastes and ages, and is the fantastic place to come and see all that Paphos and Cyprus has to offer. On the main bus route to Coral Bay, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour this is an ideal location from which to explore Paphos!
