Villa Anemoni is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and two large screen TVs. The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. On this floor ther is also the family bathroom. With a further double sofa bed on the ground floor Villa Anemoni can comfortably slepp 8 persons. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host.

Protaras Holiday Villa Anemoni is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus. Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months. There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.
