This apartment is centrally located in the heart of Larnaca, where you can explore the rich cultural and historical city, visit the monuments and archeological sites, explore the commercial shops and dine in one of the restaurants. The space consists of: - 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 2 single beds - A working space - A bathroom and guest bathroom - A spacious living room - A dining area - A kitchen - A terrace with outdoor seating area Kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in. Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment. Please be advised that next to the apartment, there are some renovation works that might occur for a short period in the morning during weekdays only. **IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below: * Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH. * 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH. * 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH. * 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH. * Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.
