Close to all the main attractions. Super clean and surprisingly quiet for being next to a roadway. The breakfast and staff were exceptional, I definitely would highly recommend.

There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not...
There is so much to see in Valtice that one day was not enough for us. If you rush you may get it all in but it would not be enjoyable. We traveled in the off season and it was beautiful. We will return in peak season to see the gardens and enjoy all the area has to offer. Keep in mind most things close at 4:00.

Valtice is a small city with a pittoresque main square and a beautiful castle. Most of the buildings have been renovated and kept the historic style. There is a laid back atmoshhere as the town is not too touristic. Cycle tracks are leading through vineyards to Ledice and Mikulov. But there are also good train connections

It is not just Valtice but three cities that are close to each other - Valtice, Lednice and Mikulov. Beautiful castles, huge gardens, a lot to see by walking, riding bicycles or using a horse carriage. Historic sites that are marked by UNESCO as a European garden.

It's far enough from the town to experience silence, appreciate fresh air and walks in the surrounding vineyards. breakfasts are served in a nice space. modern design, good quality furniture both in the room and common areas. free parking in front of the property. good location for stargazing, if you own a telescope you might think of bringing it with you :)

The accommodation is spacious, neat, clean, and has a small kitchenette. There is also a nice garden with a swimming pool but we did not use it as the weather was not very hot. Another positive feature is a parking place at the site. The owner is friendly and helpful. She called us before arrival, met us at the site and showed the apartment.
