Upon arrival , receptionist wanted to see the other guest that was with me . It was my mother who was mobility challenged and she stayed in the car until I checked in. The receptionist came outside to the car with me to make sure my mother was with me . I am a 60yr old woman who was travelling with her 85yr old mother. The whole situation was very uncomfortable .
