The residential building, which was built for the editor-in-chief of a regional newspaper in the 50's, was sustainably renovated in 2019/2020 and lavishly converted into vacation apartments to new construction standard. A striking external feature of the Löwenbaude is the wooden facade of untreated larch in varying panel thickness (skyline contrast).
