Do you have to spend a few days or weeks near the university hospital or in the south of Jena? This is your perfect accommodation! Whether you are a chief physician, a project worker or the family accompanying a relative: you will enjoy the comfortably furnished apartment. In less than 5 minutes you are in the university clinic, a cheap Asian bistro is opposite and there are two food discounters within a radius of 700 m. The beautiful view from the fourth floor shows you the Lobdeburg. The apartment measures around 54 square meters including a sunny south-facing balcony. It is well cut so that every use has its place. Home office suitability is given by fast WiFi and an ergonomic, height-adjustable sit-stand desk. The furnishing allows longer stays in the apartment. For example for expads or project workers who are looking for a place to live for several weeks or months. There is a free use washer dryer in the apartment. Free street parking is available. Two people can sleep comfortably in the double bed (1.60 mx 2 m) in the bedroom. Up to two more guests (must be specified when booking) can sleep on the mattress sofa bed (1.40 mx 1.80 m). If you want to use the sofa bed, please indicate the arrival of 3 or more guests. The apartment is well insulated and in a quiet area. Once you go through the house entrance 14, take the stairs to the fourth floor (the penultimate one). The apartment is on the left and is marked with a sign "< Jenapartment 3".
