We are a family with a lot of travel experience worldwide and have been using Booking for many years. Therefore, we have an ideal idea of a 10-point flat and are very confident that we can meet the high standards with our flat. We speak fluent German and English. A little French, Italian and Spanish and are happy to offer advice and assistance, but conversely are keen to give you complete privacy. Please note that parties are not possible. Of course you can sit at the large dining table with up to 4 people, e.g. for meetings between friends. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the flat, not even out of the open window. The flat will of course be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

For particularly hot days in the centre of the city, there is an air conditioning system First of all: The view is of the inner courtyard. This means you can't really hear the busy street. Only on Fridays and Saturdays does the restaurant in the neighbouring building play audible music until around 1am, so you should be prepared for that. Munich is one of the safest cities in the world! The windows can be completely darkened with roller shutters. When the shutters are open, the flat is very bright. The picture still shows a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. From the first day of letting on 4 June, there will be two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each in the flat. These are connected by a clamp to form a double bed with two mattresses. If you wish to separate the beds, simply remove the two screw clamps. As temperatures in Munich city centre can reach up to 40 degrees in summer, you should close the shutters during the day. We have also installed a powerful air conditioning unit on castors in the flat for cooling. The exhaust air hose runs through the open window. Please do not smoke, not even with the window open, no pets, no parties, maximum 2 people. We only rent out our son's flat in the centre of Munich in summer for a maximum of 56 occupancy days, as our son is travelling.

The area is the most international area in all of Munich. Many Arabic, Turkish, Indian, but also all European and of course Bavarian restaurants available. Many bars, clubs, cinemas, theatres. All supermarkets, department stores. Lots of food services and home-deliveries of all kinds. In short: the coolest flat ever. It doesn't get more central than this! You live directly on Karlsplatz (Stachus) and can easily reach all destinations in the old town on foot. Rarely from Sunday to Thursday, regularly on Friday and Saturday music is played there from early evening until 1 am. The music is clearly audible in the flat and sensitive people feel disturbed. Otherwise, the flat is very quiet for its location. Paid parking is possible in the multi-storey car park directly at the flat, free parking at least 3 km from the flat. Upon request, we will provide instructions on where we recommend to park the car and how to get to the flat by public transport. We recommend using various bike, pedal scooter and car sharing providers in the Munich city area as well as the high-frequency public transport instead of your own car.
