Company info

We are professional danish company with many years experience in furnished flats for expats visiting Denmark for shorter or longer periods. This activity is combined with shorter hollyday rentals when our units/apartments is free in hollyday season's.

Property info

This unit is located downtown Copenhagen City walking distance to most of Copenhagens attractions. Tivoli is within 5 minutes walking, main square Rådhuspladsen is 8 minutes walking, Kødbyen(Old Meat town) with many restaurants is 5 minutes walking. The apartm is allergi friendly with heated tile floors, a big bedroom and a sitting room facing the garden behind the building. Well kept apartment with a nice bathroom with shower and washmaschine/Tumbler. Nice smaller kitchen with everything you need. PLEASE notice that this is a non-smoking unit !!! and location is a high basement, but a modern apartment with heated floors etc.
