Welcome to my cozy 1 bedroom apartment, which is located in the quiet street Dybbølsgade in Copenhagen V. I rent out the apartment when I'm not using it myself. The appartment is located on the 1st floor in a locked staircase and is completely renovated in 2023. No elevator available. The apartment contains; entrance, toilet without bath, kitchen, bright living room facing the street, quiet bedroom facing the courtyard. The double bed can be divided into two single beds. There are washing facilities in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with home appliances, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Drinks are available, see price on each item. The appartment is suitable for 1-2 people. The living room has a dining table and sofa. It is possible to shower or swim in the DGI (open 06-22) for DKK 57, - or Vesterbro Svømmehal 800 meters away DKK 40, -. Street parking, payment via EasyPark app. Located in the cozy Dybbølsgade, you won't find a more central location in Vesterbro - a few minutes walk to all the restaurants in Kødbyen, Halmtorvet and Dybbølsbro station.
