The property is set on the Camino, tucked off a side street. It’s has three levels, the spiral staircase is charming yet challenging after a day of walking. The climb is worth it. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The climb up the the third floor lead you to another room with two twin beds but the highlight was the roof top patio. It’s not large but has furniture to sit. We hung our clothes out to dry after using the washing machine. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment
The visitors center was a pleasant experience. We were given a map of the town and the top sites to see if you had the time. We walked through their main park and had hoped to walk to the beach that was one of their top attractions. Beautiful plants and birds nested in the marsh areas, and even though we didn't walk far enough to get to the beach we loved the nature that was there at the inlet.

The only thing that disappointed me in Redondela, was a nearby restaurant "Casa Chano Restaurante". My son and I were very hungry and we were hoping for a "Pilgrim Menu". We walked in this restaurant and we were bowled over by the impeccable service. The lady even brought us complimentary empanadas. It seemed that two of the waiters spoke English. I was going for a fish dish that was under 15 Euros and my son had calamari that was reasonable. Well, they were out of the fish, so I pointed to a meat item. The large portion for a group is 35 Euro. The waiter said that I could have an individual portion for 12.50 euro. I was fine with that. We each had a beer and a flan for a dessert. I wanted to pay the bill so I gave my credit card and I was so pleased with the service that I gave $15 American dollars for a tip. One of the waiters who spoke English ran my card and it was not until I got back to my room that I had noticed that the bill was for 58 Euros. I was charged 35 Euros for the meat dish. I was flabbergasted as we were on a limited budget. I really felt it was only one person there because everyone else was exceptional. However, it did leave a sour taste.

The layout was odd and I think with a little renovation/reallocation of resources this could be a better place to stay. Many guestrooms and one bathroom, no sink in the breakfast area etc.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic and the house has a lot of charm. The place is shiny and it is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a 1 day-3/4 weeks stay. Location is right at the heart of the historical centre. Host also shared useful tips to eat and drink nearby.
Gracias!

The woman at the information bureau was excellent- nicest person we have met so far, very kind. Made phone calls to help us out because we can’t speak Spanish and she was happy to find out for us. Interesting town.
Easily our favourite place on our Camino experience! A lovely, clean and spacious self-contained apartment just outside Redondela, conveniently on the Camino. Fantastic cafe, bar and restaurant close by. But what made this property exceptional was the amazing family hosting us! They made us feel at home, provided us with a tour and even an impromptu music performance. We could not have had a better experience. BTW, highly, highly recommend Eiki restaurant just uphill from this property - absolutely delicious traditional Galician food.
Nice hotel with restaurant. Small room with little bathtub. Self-laundromat is 15 min away. Several supermarkets nearby; one of them opens very late 2am(?) at 25 min away. Bus stop to Redondela is 5 min away. If you follow the coastline, it is right on the Camino trail. The restaurant opens for dinner between 8:15pm and 10pm, very strict. I loved the ocean view!!!
The location is north of Redondela in Cesantes at the coast. We loved the set up: beautiful garden with flowers, lots of chairs and tables to sit outside, we could use the washer and dryer, we had a kitchen and bathroom, all the facilities seemed brand new. Fabiola is a wonderful and helpful host.
Atico 48 is a great option for staying in Redondela. The apartment is right in the centre of town, but during our time there wasn't noisy at all. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a simple overnight stay. It is ideal for walking the Camino. Our host was friendly too.
This is a nice large 3 bedroom flat in Redondela. We only stayed one night, I thought it was nicely cleaned and in a good location especially for the Camino. The kitchen was good and the use of the washing machine and somewhere to hang your clothes was excellent.
This is a wonderful hotel. The owners care deeply about their guests. From the clean rooms, great bed, and amazing personalized food prepared from their garden. The most revitalizing place I have ever stayed, both in body and spirit! I would highly recommend.
This is a lovely hotel right on the Camino! the staff was welcoming and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable (if somewhat sparse). You can’t beat the location— near multiple cafes,
restaurants, and grocery stores right in the center of town.
Beautiful space, lovely stone house with expansive garden and lots of outdoor seating. Good, modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Smooth check in. Location is 1.7km outside of Redondela, so plan groceries/town needs accordingly when on the Camino.
Excellent apartment block right in the centre of Redondela, very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Super comfy beds, great air conditioning, lovely town view. A wonderful restful overnight on the camino.
Good albergue just outside Redondela, few minutes off the camino, lovely host, made dinner which was delicious at a very reasonable price, good facilities for an albergue, nice terrace and small garden.
The apartment was spacious with 2 balconies in the heart of Redondela! The washer was a bonus for our mid-Camino trip and the apt was located on a nice quiet street for an amazing rest!
Everything!! this is the cleanest Alburgue is Redondela!! The Staff was Exceptional, we even received specialized Coffee!
My highest recommendation for a Fabulous place to rest!
This was the best day of my Camino, so far. It’s a nicely appointed hotel and a fantastic location. The staff was very welcoming to facilities were just what I had hoped for.
