Beautiful apartment completely renovated in autumn 2018 located in the heart of Casco Viejo, the oldest neighborhood and the original nucleus of the Villa of Bilbao. Also called "the 7 streets" is one of the best located and communicated areas to know the city. The Superior Apartment has 2 rooms with double beds and the Standard Apartment has 1 room with a double bed. Both have a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Apartamentos Alaia offers everything you need to spend a few days. Complete household including espresso pot and blender. Oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and cleaning products. Nespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules. Dishwasher and washing machine with detergent, dryer, flat screen Smart TV and free wifi. Towels and bedding complete. Heating and hot water with boiler. Tourist information.
My name is Patricia and I am a decorator. I am married and I have 2 girls of 7 and 10 years old. My husband and I decided to buy an apartment to renovate it and we thought it would be a good idea to rent it as a tourist apartment. We have finished the renovation in October 2018 and we hope you like it. The name of Alaia Apartments, means Joy in Vasc, our local language, besides being the beginning and ending of the name of our two daughters.
The New Square (Plaza Nueva) is just 20 meters away. In it you can try the best pintxos while enjoying a walk through the area of ​​more tradition. Less than 400 meters from the apartment you can visit the whole old area, with its bars and restaurants, the Cathedral of Santiago, the Rivera market, the Arriaga theater, the Church of San Nicolas, the Town Hall and if you take a walk through the Right bank of the Ria will reach the Guguenheim Museum (1 km). Crossing the Ria, you will reach Gran Vía street, an area known for its countless shops. The nearest metro stop is 50 meters away and the bus or tram stop is just 200 meters away. Using any of these public transports you can get to the Guguenheim Museum (8 min), Museum of Fine Arts, (10 min) Euskalduna Palace (12 min), San Mames Stadium (15 min) and Bilbao Airport (25 minutes). Vizcaya offers many beautiful places to visit. Traveling to these places by car is recommended although there are many organized excursions from the center of the city. San Juan de Gaztelugatze, Getxo area and Puerto Viejo de Algorta, the Urdaibai Reserve, Lekeitio, Elantxobe, Bermeo, Gernika, etc.
