Location was great and breakfast was super

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center, close to all the museums and places of interest.

Lovely staff, amazing rooms, great breakfast...and the sauna!

The breakfast was exceptional. Just get it…fast and so fresh. The rooms were amazing, clean and organized. Parking was perfect and cheap compared to the other places we’ve been.

We like how comfortable the bed was and how cleaned everything was

On arrival Chris on Reception was exceptionally helpful - the location was splendid - in the Old Town and very close to all amenities - plenty of shops and cafes nearby, the standard of service was fantastic

Very nice and accommodating staff. Very clean room.

big room, spacious, friendly staff, everything was very clean

Location was great - very walkable to the river, museums and the subway Breakfast was fantastic! Staff was very helpful :-) Rooms were very clean and comfortable

Great location and super friendly staff

We absolutely loved this hotel...the location was exceptional. By the riverfront, near the museum, Calatrava bridge, metro, downtown and the tram. Great eating places nearby. The location while near downtown, is on the mostly quiet/residential side of the river. We found delicious breakfast options nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel. To top it all, Jose Carlos in the reception desk gave us excellent recommendations on how to go by ourselves to San Sebastian on a day-trip that turned out and awesome experience. He also went over the recent history on the redevelopment of Bilbao, plus tips on where to eat and what to see. Thank you Jose Carlos!

Very good location close to old town. Very comfy room and hotel was nice.

Room was excellent and location central to lots of eateries.

It was a good hotel to stay. Reasonable, warm and relaxing place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bilbao! The location is excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bilbao!

Location location location. And besides, extremely well kept and very helpful staff

Staff, location, very comfortable bed, breakfast and Rituals cosmetics.

Superbe location right in the center of the city, very convenient to get from the airport, excellent customer service and food selection for breakfast and dinner.

It is an amazing luxury hotel, we loved the room, as it is really spacious, has a great location, room and amenities are fantastic! The pool on the terrace with sunbath beds is a super nice touch, we loved this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Great location just in front of Gugguenheim museum and in a walking distance to the old town. Amazing view of the room on the river. And very very tasty breakfast. Also, a garage in the 5th level bellow ground is available and accessible via a car elevator. You just need to hit the button, and somebody from reception will open the door. A small car can easily fit in the elevator and in the parking lots, but may be tricky with a larger car!

Super kind and professional staff at the reception. I usually stay at the Carlton hotel whenever I am in Bilbao, nice rooms, well kept hotel, perfect location.

Lovely room and super comfortable beds. I haven't slept that well in years!

Very good central location close to the train station. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff professional and helpful.
